Your body gives you feedback…
You just have to listen to it!
New Year’s Eve is behind us.
Many of you stayed up late, perhaps eating and drinking.
Even if you didn’t, it’s fair to assume that you’ve done that once or twice in your life.
How did you feel the next day?
Did you get a hangover?
Probably.
At the very least, you were probably tired from staying up later than normal.
That feeling? That’s feedback.
You know what’s feedback too?
Feeling great after a workout.
Your body reacts to what you do to it.
Do positive things, get positive feedback. Negative things? Negative feedback.
Pretty simple.
But simple doesn’t mean easy. You have to actively listen to what your body’s feedback is. In addition, you have to be willing to search out for the cause of the effect you’re feeling.
Have you been hugging your sick child? Did you end up sick? Cause - effect.
Have you been putting your electronic devices down two hours before bed? Did you sleep better? Cause - effect.
Your body is an amazing thing, and the clues it gives you to help you live a longer, healthier life are right in front of you.
You just have to listen, and we at Revity3 are here to help!
