I’m a guy but…
About 20% of you reading this know who I am, and you trust what I say.
The other 80% of you don’t know me, and are probably thinking “Why should I listen to you about my health? You’re a guy!”
Fair point.
As we move into 2026, I thought I should reintroduce myself.
My name’s Dylan, and I’m a coach or better yet, a guide.
I have been coaching (guiding), mainly women, for over a quarter of a century. Conservatively, through all the various gyms I’ve worked at and businesses I’ve owned, I figure I’ve worked with about 7,500 women in that time.
Although I love my father, the two biggest role models in my life have been my mother (who is now suffering with memory loss and dementia) and my nana (who passed in 2012).
I was raised by powerful women, I married a powerful woman, I have friends that are powerful women, and I work with powerful women.
Over the years, I’ve realized that my purpose in life is to help women become the most physically and emotionally powerful version of themselves.
To that end, I am constantly educating myself on the latest findings about women’s health.
I love doing it.
And I love sharing that knowledge. (In fact, the biggest compliment I received in 2025 was from a woman who said “Dylan knows more about menopause than I do!”)
As we age together, as we get better together, feel free to challenge me, to not accept what I say blindly. Do your own reading and educate yourself.
But by the same token, allow me to challenge you to become an even-more powerful version of the person you are now.
Allow our Revity3 team to help guide you through an under talked about, under appreciated time in your life: menopause.
Allow us to educate you on the latest research on women’s health, in terms of nutrition, strength, endurance, balance, recovery, and brain health.
Even better, come try Revity3 out, get to know us, and then decide if you’re willing to put your health in our hands.
I have confidence that you’ll love us. In return, we (both our team and our community) will love you back.
See you soon.
