Do you wait until your car is broken…

To fix it?

A lot of people do.

Others will bring it in for regular maintenance before it is in need of repair.

You know which camp you fall into. ;-)

The average new car cost is $50,000, while the average used car costs $25,000.

No matter how you slice it, that’s a lot of money.

Let’s take a look at something infinitely more valuable: your body.

Do you wait until you are sick or injured until you start taking care of yourself?

Some people take care of their bodies with regular “maintenance” before it is in need of “repair.”

Exercise.

Recovery.

Hydration.

Sleep.

Nutrition.

All of these things fall into the category of taking care of yourself before something severe goes wrong.

Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to have no injuries or illnesses.

Maybe you won’t.

Isn’t it better to try to stack the deck in your favor though?

Why wouldn’t you invest your time, energy, and money into taking care of something that we all agree is priceless?

Revity3 can help you get started.

Just ask.
