Don’t let pain stop you

When people tell me that they don’t work out or they have stopped working out, I primarily hear two reasons: they don’t have time, or they have pain (either acute or chronic).

A lot of people have injuries.

And by the time you hit your 40s, everyone has one type of injury or another.

Back issues, cranky knees, foot pain, frozen shoulder, tennis or golfer’s elbow, neck problems…the list goes on and on.

What’s important is how we deal with that injury.

Do you shut your workouts down entirely, or do you try to work around the injury?

At Revity3, we are here to help you do the latter.

 Why?

Because once you start skipping workouts (even for a valid reason like an injury), it becomes incredibly difficult to get back.

 Miss a day? No biggie.

Miss two days? A little harder.

Miss a week? Uh-oh.

And, again, once you get into your 40s, you can’t afford to miss too many.

Every day missed is a missed opportunity to set yourself up for a vibrant future. A future that includes going to travel softball games, visiting colleges, attending weddings, and playing with grandkids.

Don’t let injuries keep you from being there for others and for yourself.

Helping people stay physically active despite injuries is exactly what we do best at Revity3. With two coaches on the mat at all times, we are able to provide the safest experience possible while still making sure you get an excellent workout!

You have a long way to go, and we want to make sure that the many years you have left are lived to the fullest!
